I ordered a mobile device from Africa Mobile and collected it on 3 April 2025

I ordered a mobile device from Africa Mobile and collected it on 3 April 2025. I've been asking for my number to be prted as if like to keep my existing number. I am furious as I have been expecting a call, whenever they call they are just quiet on the phone. I cannot even call back as the number automatically hangs up. I am very disappointed, I ordered a device because I need one not because I wanna walk around with a dummy phone. It's really not fair.
