I have paid my activation fee and my device was to be dispatched the very next day as per the sales consultants advice

I have paid my activation fee and my device was to be dispatched the very next day as per the sales consultants advice. My device has still not been sent to me and my money was taken. I called and contacted via WhatsApp and was told that it's under escalation with dispatch. I feel strongly that I was ****med and now I need to change my bank details to avoid them debiting me again. Lesson learnt I guess.
