HELP ME PLEASE

I don't know where I can trace a call for free. This number +*** phoned 3 times today. When I answered they put the phone down, I've blocked it afer the 2nd time, but the 3rd time they speek. I want to know to whom I speek and why they did it so the lady don't speek Afrikaans so I speek English and she just said "I wish you have a terrible weekend". What can I do? I've blocked it but they still phone. I don't have Truecaller anymore because Virseker request me to remove it. HELP
