Good day, after numerous attempts of trying to get ahold of you, there hasn't been any communication from your side, i am fed up now that this account is still under my name whereas i have canceled it before i even received the device. Not only does it show on my credit report but it shows that it is in arrears aswell, that's just absolutely nonsense. This is not the first time i have made contact, so please its either you remove that nonsense or ill escelate this matter further.
