Frustrated

So this has been the worst experience my wife and I have had with Africa Mobile. My wife took out a contract for herself with this ISP, months later she took out another contract. We have had so much problems with Africa Mobile since my wife took out the 2nd contract. Every month my phone has been switched off cause they didn't allocate the payment. Now my wife called and sent them messages regarding her starting a new job, to rather do the debit order on the 28th instead of the 20th. They have since switched off both our phones cause they cant find any communication. Please dont ever use this Africa Mobile cause now they cant switch our phones off cause they didn't do their job. It's been very frustrating dealing with these people.
