Frustrated and p***Ed new client

I have taken up a contract with Africa Mobile and am yet to receive my phone Huawei P91 as promised and when you try and contact them with Whatsapp,email or even their contact number no one seems to bother so now I'd like to know the status of my phone delivery as they don't communicate and have been constantly trying to reach them at no avail, please HELP!!!
