false advertising and information

I took out a contract with Africa mobile with the promise of a specific model fone I paid my upfront fee of 1800 only to receive a model which I did not ask for or enquired about yet I have attempted numerous times to contact them with no feedback or responses from them I dont think its right when they are quick to deduct their payment yet they dont care about your problem which they cause I definitely dont recommend Africa mobile as they offer you what u ask for but deliver something else totally false advertising and sales pitch the worst I came across up until this day I have not been contacted by them to correct this matter if any1 can pont me in the right direction of ombudsman I would like to lodge a complaint and take this further as this company is really not interested in correcting their mistake
