Last year November 2023 I was contacted by one of the agents at Africa Mobile.He explained the hole procedure to me from beginning to end,I remember telling him I hope that this is not a **** but he had assured me that it's not and I will receive a cell phone.He then told me I can collect at my closest edgars.A month had passed no debit order went off,but yesterday the 17th January 2024 I went into my app seeing that they had taken an amount of R385.95 from my account.The contact numbers that we are provided with and that is on the website rings all the time.However yesterday someone sent me a messenger and I spoke to the lady according ro her there is no payment reflected on there side,I have told her i want the money back into my account and she told me that it should show on their side by today. This morning I have tried to make contact with them but no response since them.This company is the biggest ****** one can get,I'm planing to take it further because you can't take people hard earned money but you build a company on plenty of lies.
