**** contract service

I bought a contract phone through Africa Mobile snd in July the devicevwas ******. I called them on the 17th of July to report and get ITC number as they wanted it at the police station but was told that they use the ITC number to block the phone and that my phone had insurance so i just need an affidavit and pay R350 excess fee for insurance to process my claim. I did all that by the 24th of July and till date I'm taken from pullsr to post I follow up. The most annoying part is that they debit every month yet I still have not received the device. I should've listened when they called Africa mobile a **** on Facebook. I'm going to block the debit orders and we will take this through the Ombudsman route.
