COMPLAINT

I have made cell phone contract arrangements with them but now they don't deliver their promise but they deduct money from my account every month , and now I can't get hold of them. I even went to the bank to cancel their debit order but again the bank told me that they can't cancel it I must tell them to cancel it because is debit check
