Complain about Africa Mobile

I app**** for a cell phone contract on the 14th of Nov 2024 then we did everything. I approved their debi-chevk mandate. But they said the colour of the phone that i want they not sure if they still have they will check with their wearhouse then they will call me back again. Then later i saw that they send me an email requesting my fica documents. But i told my self am not going to send my fica docs untill they come back to me first. Then they didnt call me since....and they didnt deliver my phone. On the 28th of january 2025 they deduct phone instalment on my bank but they didnt even deliver the phone. I cancelled with then and i request my refund on the 30th of january. On the 10th of March they send me an email that i must write a cancellation letter and they are going to de**** a cancellation fee of R350, for what i dont know. I told them that i want all my money that they de****ed from my account. They didnt repky i know they will come back to me in May now. Because they font want to refund my money bavk. Now they come up with stories....

People please do not apply for a cell phone contract at Africa Mobile, they are ****mers...
