Cancellation and refund

I have been waiting for a response from Africa mobile. I cannot call through the call just drops. I need my refund and no one has acknowledged my cancelation mind you I cancelled before even getting the mobile phone. AJ called a few weeks back to assure me but nothing has been done since.

my suspicions were right. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a *****. Now we have started a new month not even sure if they will debit again or now.
