Business Name: Africa Mobile Rating: 0 out of 5 Review: Company takes people for a ride deducting money before Rica documents are completed. Customer service agent "Zenande" eventually answered on the 9th try to make contact due to an urgent query. They had a manadate to de**** R721.00 on the 3rd of April. This was not done. This morning i sent R800 to my Capitec account to buy a bus ticket, only to find Africa Mobile taking R721 of the R800.Zenande, the agent laughed at me when i requested a refund, as they had a mandate for the 3rd and not the 9th. So the money was taken without a mandate authrorised by myself for today the 09/04/25 She refused me access to team leader above her, said team leaders never available. After that she proceded to tell me i will only see my money after 21 wotking days. I URGENTLY need the FULL REFUND today 09/04/25 I need Africa Mobile, to contact me right away to confirm my money is back in my bank accout.
