Blocked when my Account has no issues

I am super upset right now. You guys have blocked my phone again. It's the third time this week that this has happened. When I spoke to the last 2 agents, they informed me that I had enough money on my account and the monthly payments have gone through. Now it's the weekend and I have called every where and you guys are closed. It says to e-mail after hours but I never get a response from you. Please can someone call me urgently.
