Blocked Device

Had an issue with a payment for October 2023. Paid it but now my phone is blocked. Called 9 times. Sent whatsapp messages. Sent emails. Sent messages on Facebook. No response!!!! Called and messaged from different numbers for no response!!! Few times also never received my airtime and data as per package but can't resolve it as I can't get hold of them!!!!
