Baddes Service Ever!

Yoh what a bad service, I called to make debit order dates changed from the 23 to the 31 and evn submitted my proof of payment dates, this was confirmed with the consultant in Sept already, funny the same septermber they debited my account twice with no possibility of refund instead my extra money was caried over to October, today is the 30th of October my phone got locked this morning! What is then the purpose of making arrangements with them yet not take action. M so disgusted, m sitting here with a locked phone yet my debit order date is tomorrow. What the hell is this. On the other hand there is no sense of urgency in resolving queries. They take 2 full days to allocate payments. yoh ai shem, I will never recommend anyone to take your cellphone contracts
