Bad service
It's MR J Bekker I got cell phone contract phone Samsung Galaxy A14 a week ago and still did not receive anything id *** please I need this phone

Thank you for your review, just a little perplexed by the low rating. You app**** and were approved on the 29th June for the Samsung Galaxy A14, which comes with R100 Airtime, 1GB Data, and 1GB WhatsApp Data and a number of Value added services that are free to you.
Our agents follow a strict script, and on the call with you, took you through the process of creating the debit order for your preferred date with confirmation of how our process works.
On receipt of your activation fee, your handset will be picked, packed and delivered within 5-7 working days.
I am however also escalating this to the HOD of the Call Centre to reach out to you, too. She will listen to the call before calling you.
