Bad for business

It's been a full month and 3days and I'm still waiting for my refund my account was debited for no good reason worse I do not have their product whatsoever I've been calling dem, sending dem emails and WhatsApp messages but their consultant Zenande always has an attitude as if I owe them any money which I don't they said waiting period 21days after 21days they say there's a queue for Refunds y say 21days but there's a queue it's a struggle to get my R582 refund from 30/07/2024. Africa mobile is the worst their service and consultants are ***>
