Bad customer service

I am a new customer with your service. My phone was delivered on Friday, and I called on Monday to address an issue. I also sent WhatsApp messages, but I haven't received any replies.

The number allocated to me is not working, and no one seems to know why. I spoke to accounts, who confirmed that everything is fine with the payments. However, after that call, my phone was suddenly blocked, and I've had no communication from your team since then.

I’m still waiting for a manager to call me to explain why my phone was blocked. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
