BAD CLIENT SERVICRER

When I took out the contract I had to pay a deposit which I was told I'll get back once my contact ended In May 2022. ****il Now I have not received my deposit back)

Every month my debit order went off and my contract was paid in full.

I received a call to say that I owe them money for not paying my account. For the past week, I have been trying to get information to show me how I am owing them money. Nomsa has been assisting me but she can't even provide me with an account or feedback as t what is going on.

Her response is we have received confirmation that all new stock will be delivered soon.

She can't even provide me with what I am asking.
