Are you ****ming people,Africa Mobile?

I app**** for a cellphone contract mid October but then during the application I told the guy Im not comfortable anymore with the contract.Reason being you need to pay an upfront fee and they're an online shop.They still debited an installment but I did not receive any cellphone or communication about when I'll receive it. They're not responding to my messages or emails.I was at the bank but could not dispute or stop their debit. I now have a very strong suspicion that this is a whole **** operation.
