Appreciation for Dee

I just want to give a big thank you to Dee Gonsalves who works at Africa Mobile Headoffice for assisting me with a refund of my debited amount that was for a phone l never received. But Dee made sure that l get all my money back with speedy process. I appreciate her work ethics and customer service skills that she has. Management should look in to putting Dee Gonsalves at dispute management position she will do good and retain customers for Africa Mobile.
