ANNOYED BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service is really really really bad, no one answers emails or WhatsApp. I have paid but have not received any data or airtime. I hardly even use the airtime, but come month ends , it disappears and whenever I ask , no one has an answer. IF THE TABLES WERE TO TURN AND ONE DOES NOT PAY THE ACCOUNT , THE PHONE IS IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED AND YET I HAVE WAITED FOR DATA AND AIRTIME FOR A WEEK NOW AND CAN SOME SAY WHERE THIS AIRTIME IS GOING TO , IS IT NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MINE TO USE FOR EMERGENCIES ??????????????????????????????
