African Mobile, are you legit?

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They charged my account on the 31st of March and "dispatched" my phone on the 2nd of April. The courier company states African Mobile did not hand the phone over and Afican Mobile is not responding to their whatsapp group. They are also not answering their landlines, I have held on for up to 30 minutes with no response.

Where is my phone?
