Africa Mobkle are ******

This people are ******, they called and offered me a cellphone contract. They said I will get a phone after I paid my first monthly payment. They are now debiting money from my account but I didn't get the phone. I tried to call them, their phone keeps on ringing they not answering. Be careful of this people in am thinking of taking them to ICASA because I can't carry on paying for something I don't have. I asked Fnb bank to stop the debit order they said they can't I must speak with Africa mobile first. Now I am forced to close the bank account and use another and then take this company to ICASA
