Africa Mobile worst service

Africa Mobile was exceptionally fast to onboard me, same day debit order to get the initiation fee. I changed my mind and according to their terms and conditions I had 7 days from signing up to cancel the contract. It took about 3 days to get ahold of them, eventually had to call because they totally ignore their WhatsApp number they provided as well as their email address. So I canceled within 7 days. I received my reduced refund. Now months later I constantly receive "payment due" emails and their debt collection department, NewDebt is threatening with credit score penalties every day. I called them and they said they will "remove my name" from the accounts and NewDebt systems but that never happened. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!! The service is absolutely TERRIBLE!! I strongly suggest staying away from Africa mobile!!
