Africa Mobile *****ulent activities

Africa Mobile seems to be a company that ****s people and I can't understand why they are being allowed to do this to people. I was called and offered a contract which I agreed to because it sounded legitime and they were being advertised on Facebook. But when I read the reviews about how people's money were being deducted from their accounts and they are not receiving devices I decided to cancel my contract. I have sent numerous emails and tried to phone but cannot seem to get through to them. They have now deducted money from my account and I cannot reverse it because of how Africa Mobile is setup.

All I want is to cancel this contract and get my money back. is there anyone out there who can help me please?????
