Africa Mobile- THEIVES!!! WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Refund my money!!!

Africa Mobile has ****** my money. My husband and I app**** and were both approved 6 months ago. However after approving the debicheck mandate no deductions were made and this was confirned with the bank. Queries were made but no response, then all of a sudden last week R577.00 was deducted off my account unexpectedly. When I called in and spoke to Linkie she was polite but not able to assist. I requested for a manager to call me back and I am still waiting. I have requested via their whatsapp line and also nothing to date.

They are *******!!!! and have absolutely no customer service at all.

I am still waiting for my refund!!!
