Africa Mobile the worst

Africa Mobile is the worst service provider you can subscribe to, I have been with them since February and have received my airtime and data only once. I have reached out to them on their WhatsApp portal and was informed that I am not receiving any airtime or data because I ported my number. Fair enough, they requested my Africa Mobile number and sim card number and told me it will be sorted in a few weeks. We are now in September and nothing has been resolved. Every time I call I get another story. The last agent I spoke to tells me there is absolutely noting she can do to assist me, I can't even recharge my account. Worst company and I would not recommend it to anyone!
