Africa Mobile - Super bad service

I took out a cell phone contract with Africa Mobile 2 months ago, i had to collect the phone from Clicks. I was happy with the phone and tried calling them to activate my sim card in order for me make use of the airtime and data that came with the contract. They debit 3x R599.00 in 2 months, the 1st R599 was a deposit (fully refundable) the 2nd and 3rd debit was the monthly premium, up and till today the sim card has not been activated and i can't get hold of the agent who assisted me. I tried calling him and sent whats app with no luck he read the whats app but did not respond. I tried to reverse the last debit order witch they took from my TERSE Funding on the 29/06/2020 but could not reverse it as it is a business account. I googled them and all i get is how you can become an agent. I cant pay R599 a month for a Huawei Y5 Lite monthly . I want my money back, you can have your phone back. I have to go and change banks now because of the debit order. Please can someone help me.
