Africa Mobile - *****sters

What a *******. I cancelled an agreement nearly 3 months ago and now have met with my account being debited by over R 2 000. When I asked my bank, Standard Bank to reverse it, I met with opposition. I then proceeded to special resolutions department and now await their verdict. When enquiring with Africa Mobile, they confirmed that I am not a customer of theirs, yet they debited my account. Upon request to refund me, the owner politely turned around and told me that I completed the debit mandate at some point and then went completely silent on me, to this very date. Upon investigation I found thousands of other customers with a similar situation.
