It is not even supposed to get a half of a star. I secured a contract with them and was told that my first debit order would go of on may2023, witch it never did. End of June 23 it went off but now we r for the 3rd week after the debit order went through and still didn't receive my handset. I try to contact them via email, Whatsapp even trying to phone them but no replies other than their supplier doesn't have stock. How can u advertise a product but don't have stock? This feels more like a sindicate. Debiting peoples accounts and then not giving the product or ever service that is paid for. So I'm bringing this to social media and is going to open a case of theft and ***** due the the fact that they think they can take customers for a ride and so one.
