Africa Mobile is the worst

This company debited my account and haven't received my device and the agent who helped me Tirelo was all arms when she signed me as her customer because of commission and now when I need help she's not answering my messages and my calls when I ask where's my device she just blue ticks me, even their WhatsApp no one is available. Worst experience with them, if thinking of taking a phone with them just don't they just take your money.
