My name Ayanda Mazibuko,took 2 cellphone contracts with Africa Mobile,A15 and A24,the deal was for me to pay and they provide me with the R100 airtime,1 gig data and 1 gig data for WhatsApp,,I took this contracts about a year ago and been paying well but since October 2024 I have not received what promised to me,I've stopped paying for the A15 since I was receiving all of the above,then they decided to block the A15 which now it's not working,I've been in contact with them via WhatsApp and telephonic but nobody is helping me,I am going to stop for the A24 as well since they broke the agreement, this company is a **** I advise ppl not to use africa mobile
