AFRICA MOBILE DID ME BAD
I am very disappointed in how Africa Mobile handled my account. I have been trying to change my banking details since November 2024 but with no luck. I used both their email and Whatsapp platforms but with no luck. My phone has been blocked since December 2024, and now they have handed me over to their debt collectors. Why have these platforms of communication when they are not efficient?
