Africa Mobile cellphone contract.

I Mr Bezuidenhout was approved by Africa Mobile last year.The company deducted R385.95 from my bank account in January 2024. I contacted them telephonically to find out what is going on.I was advised that i must pay R70.00 extra to receive my phone.,to make up the initial fee of R455.00. Then end of May 2024 another R385.95 was deducted,i tried to contact them to no avail. I regard this as poor service and want Africa Mobile to refund my R385.95 end of May payment,and end of January 2024 payment. The end of November the amount of R455.00 was supposed to be deducted,they never deducted this amount. i then understood that the contract was cancelled,no amount was deducted end December 2023. All of a sudden end of January 2024 and end of May 2024 the amount of R385.95 was deducted from my bank account,and i never recieved any cellphone to date. There was no communication from Africa Mobile regarding this contract or payments that was deducted, to date i have received no correrspondence from them to date.
