Zero support available

I have been trying to resolve a query via email, and the solutions offered do not work. I decided to try to speak to a human instead. I have now made 6 calls within 12 minutes with zero success. The first person stated she "cannot transfer the call" and asked me to redial. The next 5 calls I made were cutoff without reply. This is meant to be their "support" facility: what a joke!
