Zero support and Customer service

Afrihost has zero support and zero customer service. I've been trying to get help for over three weeks but nobody gets back to you. Nobody responds on the whatsapp line. It is now 11;10 in the morning and we still get messages saying support is not online yet. What? How can you sell products and have ZERO support and customer service?? I will rather pay more to get better service elsewhere. This is truly disgusting and unacceptable Afrihost.
