Zero Services

I opted for MTN pure LTE simcard only deal, not aware of how redundant my current B315 router will be, once l insert the mtn SIM card. Been with Afrihost for so many years, but this is absolutely ridiculous. So when l received my MTN sim on Monday, I inserted into my router and it worked for 30mins before sim was blocked. I phoned Afrihost the next day, only to be told sim will be blocked once inserted in a wrong device. I requested for my debit order to be cancelled, and l thought that was resolved as l was told they will do and l must cancel services from my side, which l did. Now Afrihost charged me for zero service, l can’t use the SIM card, sim is blocked by them.
