Zero loyalty

Loyalty carries no weight when dealing with Afrihost. Once you decide on a product via their Clientzone you have to stay with that product or incur penalties, even if you "upgrade" to a better package. Client zone are not customer friendly at all and the staff dealing with you should you try to negotiate is powerless.
