ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

For the past two weeks we have been complaining about our emails bouncing back. We are unable to send emails to clients, or even staff, and this is now ridiculous!! OUR COMPANY looks ***********. I LOOK ***********!

I have spoken to numerous call centre agents. I get NO RESPONSE from your online support chat. NOTHING!

Yesterday I spoke to Nyakallo, who claims to have resolved the issue. It is STILL carrying on!!

Is this the service you offer your clients? If so, please could a SENIOR LEVEL MANAGER call me to cancel our account, as I CANNOT continue with this kind of service
