"You're free to take your service elsewhere"

I have had the most disgusting experience with this company. We have been been them for years paying close to R2500 a month for a LTE business data package. We've had the odd issue from time to time sure as is to be expected, but the service I have received over the last 6 months is terrible. We have no access to the internet for 10-20 hours per day and when we do the speed is so slow that physically walking to the post office with a letter,posting it and waiting for the reply is quicker than when we attempt to log into our email.

Over the last two weeks I've been contacting the company every day via Whatsapp to resolve the issues I have listed to no avail (It's not their problem or responsibility to give me the product I'm paying for apparently). The last agent whom i spoke to essentially told me if I don't like the service I should just change my ISP........For the amount of money We have spent and continue to spend on a service that we don't receive is just despicable, I would recommend a boycott on this terrible company and for everyone to avoid their service in the fututre
