YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAID UP-TO-DATE - FIX MY INTERNET!!

Afrihost why do I have limited access to the Internet. I currently get a message that says I've used up all data on my connectivity account. I don't understand this, as I'm supposed to have uncapped Internet... Your account is paid up-to-date. Please resolve this immediately and call me, as I cannot hold on for 15 minutes to speak to you.
