You'll be billed for breathing. I've been billed twice for services I've never activated

Worst billing experience ever. They deduct whatever they feel in their system even if services are canceled without ever being installed and activated. They've done this twice already in the space of a week. It's appalling to just takeover directly from customers without due process.
