Hi there,I'm giving my personal experience with Afrihost. It took me two months to get reconnected to an existing line, and I paid for two months of service and received nothing for my payments. No fault of my own. Waiting and relying on support. Might as well have self-mummified by then. My fiber has been slow and I work remotely. It's two months in now, and I get the same, almost generic, response. To connect a cable to my laptop. Which I can't find, I'm struggling to find a cable to connect my laptop to the router to do the required test. I've been waiting for responses, it takes more than 2 days, and I've sent multiple speed tests. No help, and support deffo does not, or can not, read the email thread, as it's the same thing over and over again. I do not recommend Afrihost to anyone, and will be switching over to a better service provider as soon as my leave is due to facilitate the connection, as I have no doubt in my mind that this will not be resoved by the end of December, That's my 2 cents, can't do much with it, but hope it helps.
