You want fibre? Afrihost doesn't have it

If I could put 0 stars for the rating, I would have. I moved at the end of November and had to migrate my fibre line to my new address. I gave Afrihost a weeks notice before I moved. It has now been 32 days and I still have not been reconnected. They have managed to charge me for the month of December though. I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApps, have spoken to so many people on the phone, a Vumatel technician has even been to my new place and confirmed that everything was set up and ready to go. Afrihost used to be faultless but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
