I am fed up with my current ISP. I tried to get you to take over but you asked a very stupid question: Serial number. Of what? Of what relevance is this? You refused to let me proceed. I then looked at your reviews: horrific. You have gone way downhill. This allowed me to look elsewhere. I found a cheaper ISP ready & waiting.

You do not even have an e-mail address to contact to complain/get help with an audit trail.
