I am beyond livid with their customer care process, yerr I am told to go BORROW a laptop so that they can TRY figure out what the issue is with their dropping network. what the hell is that!!!!!!!! Oh not forgetting that I WILL HAVE TO PAY a Call out fee for a technician because they can not assist me. WHAT SERVICE DELIVERY IS THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
