You dont get what you pay for.

We have fiber 15mps line and we never get this in the afternoon. They claim unthrottled but i can say that this is not the case. I am sick of contacting them because the internet speed is slow. Then its fine for a few days and bam same story again. We are not even getting 1mps and their area outage shows that all is fine where we live. Will be moving to a more reliable provider.
