You are a Disgrace!

<p>After having such a terrible time with Afrihost the past 10 days, I wrote a review on Hello Peter the other day. Do you know that no one bothered to get in touch. No one has even bothered to resolve my issue. Afrihost you are an absolute disgrace. You client service is non existant. I called in again (my minutes AGAIN) and told them I need to speak to a senior person as I am fed up after having nothing done in 10 days. Still no connectivity. The person on the call centre says "ok" and puts me on hold. I have been on hold for another twenty minutes, not to metion the 20 minutes I was placed on hold just to get into your calll centre. Is this a ****ing joke?? How can you treat people like this. I have just hang up again because no one answers. Do you expect me to run up my airtime bill for hours??? *** is wrong with this company! 10 days and still no fibre. You guys have no idea what you are doing! Afrihost is out of their depth with Fibre. Dont bother!</p>
